Last-Lap Duel with Farbo Reminiscent of Busch/Craven Darlington Tussle

CONCORD, NC (November 28, 2006) -  Zach Stroupe was 10 years old when NASCAR
Cup drivers Kurt Busch and Ricky Craven battled door-to-door for the win at
Darlington Speedway (SC) in 1993.  The two drivers made contact numerous
times in the final laps before banging fenders all the way down the
frontstretch on the way to the checkered flag.  Craven was declared the
winner by an inch or two at the most, but the winner of the race is not what
people will always remember.  Race fans will never forget the thrilling
finish.

Young Texan Tangles With a Lapped Car at Mason-Dixon Meltdown

MOORESVILLE, NC (November 27, 2006) - Goals are never set in stone. An athlete who exceeds the expectations that are put upon him or her only sets the bar higher and higher. A true competitor is only happy with victory.

That’s why Ryan Lawler was actually a little bit down after ending a remarkable PASS South season this weekend following the final event of the year, the Mason-Dixon Meltdown. Even though he had never raced a single lap in a Super Late Model before the PASS South season started and he finished second in the standings, he was thinking about what could have been.
