KENTUCKY SPEEDWAY RPM READING PROGRAM TO MAKE NORTHERN KENTUCKY STOPS FEB. 15

Kentucky Speedway’s RPM Reading Program will make Feb. 15 stops at Gallatin Co. Upper Elementary School and Dry Ridge Elementary School. Official speedway mascot “Horsepower” plays host during program visits and helps energize reading efforts by furnishing individual RPMs (Reading Program Manuals) to help track books students read throughout the school year. Other program materials include a classroom “Winner’s Circle” poster, color-in bookmarks and personalized cutout racecars that display readers’ names. Once schools enroll in the program, teachers work with students to
set a reading goal from a list of available, approved texts. When students complete a text, they enter the title in their RPM and complete a short test related to the subject matter. Students receive their bookmark when they cross the midway point to their goal and will have a racecar bearing their name posted on the classroom “Winner’s Circle” poster upon reaching their goal. Schools also will receive surprise visits from Horsepower throughout the program. Readers’ ultimate reward will be an end-of-the-year field trip to Kentucky Speedway. Students will pack a lunch, tour the speedway and be treated to several laps around the racetrack in their school busses or vans. Participating school principals also will be rewarded with a free driving school session from the Richard Petty Driving Experience. Students will root principals on as they race around the
1.5-mile Kentucky Speedway tri-oval track in NASCAR NEXTEL Cup style cars at speeds up to 170 mph.

EMMY WINNING VOICE OF BART SIMPSON AND NASCAR DEVELOPMENT DRIVER KENTON GRAY JOIN FORCES

Sunday, December 10th, 2006

– Freedom Motorsports Group, Inc. and SportsBlast Create Unique
Marketing Channel for Sponsors, Advertisers –

LOS ANGELES - Dec. 7, 2006 - SportsBlast, a producer of innovative online entertainment founded by Nancy “voice-of-Bart-Simpson” Cartwright, and NASCAR development driver Kenton Gray announced today a strategic marketing alliance set to launch immediately. This cross-promotional alliance, the first of its kind, brings together a campaign package featuring traditional on-track promotions and mainstream marketing as well as dynamic on-line placements in the racing show, The Kellys. This exposure greatly exceeds the penetration and measurability of other sponsorship programs.

Developed and produced in association with Turner Sports New Media, The Kellys is the first animated series to take fans behind-the-scenes and into the heart of a stock car racing family. The all-new 2007 season of The Kellys will feature new content with a topical flair.

“Team Kelly is always looking for ways to dust the competition. For the first time, sponsors can have their brands appear both at the track and in our show,” said Emmy-winning voice-actor, Nancy Cartwright. “The alliance with FMG gives sponsors the best of both worlds. They get to see their brand doing 190 in the real world on Saturday or Sunday and then in our animated series, racing on-line long after the checkered flag has dropped. Who else can do that?!”, continued Cartwright.

FOR DAYTONA ARCA/REMAX 200

By: Melissa Rush, Director of Information Technology Johnson Hardware Co. Inc

Omaha, Nebraska (November 30, 2006) how soon do you start when the top level racing series are over working on the following year? Well twenty year old Josh Krug and his ARCA/REMAX series racing team are already making preparations for the ARCA 200 at Daytona International Speedway on February 10, 2007. ARCA has scheduled a three-day test session on December 15th-17th in which Krug will also participate.

“It comes at you fast. We just got our equipment put away from this year and now Daytona testing is just right around the corner”, says team owner and Josh’s dad Pat Krug. “We should be in good shape to get Josh some laps at Daytona in December but it just seems you can’t skip a beat. Josh hasn’t driven on a super-speedway yet so this test is a must for him. The nearest similar track he has experience on is the two-mile Michigan International Speedway in which he did a fine job there earlier this year finishing seventh. Josh will need to get experience drafting with other cars at Daytona”, continued Krug.

MEMPHIS, Tennessee  (Friday, October 27, 2006) - - In recognition of  November
’s National Diabetes Awareness Month, BlackJack Racing with NASCAR Busch
Series rookie Dexter Bean will unload their No. 63 Ford Taurus at Memphis
Motorsports Park Friday proudly hoisting the Juvenile Diabetes Research  Foundation
International (JDRF) logos in an effort to broaden the racing  community’s
understanding of the  critical need to find a cure for this disease.
JDRF is the leading  charitable funder and advocate of type 1 (juvenile)
diabetes research  worldwide. The mission of JDRF is to find a cure for diabetes
and its  complications through the support of research. Type 1 diabetes is a
disease  which strikes people—many of them children—suddenly and requires
multiple  injections of insulin daily or a continuous infusion of insulin through a
pump.  Insulin, however, is not a cure for diabetes, nor does it prevent
its eventual and devastating complications which may include kidney failure,
blindness, heart disease, stroke, and  amputation.
